One-On-One Connections with Site Consultants
Summits are the ultimate way to maximize your exposure and build relationships with site consultants. Each Summit maintains a small group format for maximum one-on-one exposure to site consultants and incorporates unique memorable experiences for networking and relationship building. You can expect to see 10-16 site consultants at Summits as well as 10-12 fellow economic developers.
Starting at $6,500 per summit seat, this registration fee includes your hotel costs for one night, ground transportation to and from the airport, site consultant bios and contact information, and a first-class dining experience with the site consultants.

You can choose to pay by credit card or invoice.
We provide a printed booklet that includes the agenda, attendee bios as well as a spot to take notes. We provide this booklet so you can leave your business cards at home. What might be a good idea, however, is to bring some community visuals that will help inform your one-on-one time with site consultants.
For Summits, we will include dinner (day 1), and breakfast and lunch (day 2). For Destination Summits, we will cover your dinner and breakfast.
We strive to take all the hassle out of business travel at our Summit Series. Your registration includes a one-night hotel stay, Summit meals (dinner, breakfast, and lunch), and private travel to and from the airport. The only thing not included is airfare. So, all you have to worry about is getting to the market.
Consultant attendance is dependent on availability. As an attendee, you will receive an email a week out from the event with all the attendees and site consultant information included. You can expect to meet with site consultants from the top site consulting organizations such as:

Great news! We will provide you all the information you will need on the site consultants and economic developers in attendance as well as your personalized travel details the week prior to the event. Yes, this means we will schedule all your reservations for you (except your airfare) and send you site consultant bios and focus industries.
We recommend spending some time preparing for the roundtable discussion and your one-on-one time with the site consultants. Although we moderate the discussion, we encourage communities to bring industry relevant question for the site consultants. It is also a good idea to practice your “community elevator pitch” for the site consultants. Skills on pitching your community are also recommended. Each Summit is customized to highlight local areas of interest. However, you can view our sample agenda below to get an idea of the typical timing of the event.
We like to say sharp business casual. We want you to be comfortable yet professional so you can focus on connections. For Destination Summits, we encourage casual and comfortable attire on day 1 appropriate for the activities you registered for.
