Alyssa has a decade of experience in economic and workforce development having worked across verticals including marketing, research, and business recruitment both at the local and state levels. With a collaborative approach, she implements creative marketing and data analysis strategies to support economic development projects and has successfully supported numerous headquarters, corporate hub, and manufacturing facility announcements. In her current role as the director of strategy for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Alyssa leads the economic development and marketing strategy for the 14-county region. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech and her Masters in Public Administration from UNC Charlotte. When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and one-year-old son, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, Carolina Hurricanes, and Virginia Tech Hokies.

Dianne Jones serves with JLL as a Managing Director under the Business and Economic Incentives Practice (BEI). Dianne is responsible for the oversight of site selection and incentives negotiation services to both privately held and publicly traded companies across the United States. Dianne’s expertise has assisted several expansions, site selection and corporate relocation projects, ranging in size from $120,000 to over $1 billion in multiple states. She has a heavy focus on operational analysis and labor analytics in the location decision making process. Dianne received a B.A. in Business Administration from Methodist University. Dianne is a Charlotte native and an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves as the co-chair for the student outreach committee as well as the strategic planning committee. Kathy Mussio is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Atlas Insight. Kathy provides location strategy for both industrial and commercial clients, with a strong focus on Atlas’ manufacturing clients. Kathy has conducted successful negotiations for some of the world’s largest corporations. For client’s site selection needs, Kathy works with companies to provide data, analysis and the guidance to help the decision of where to locate, expand, or consolidate. Prior to starting Compass Key Site Solutions, Minah was Managing Director at a boutique tax consulting firm, True Partners Consulting, as well as a manager at two Big Four public accounting firms in Chicago.
